Address Book

You may store as many user addresses as you wish. Users may introduce other users by entering their names and contact details. It is possible to retain a different address for each user, for example, postal address, residence address and parent's address.

Mailing List

The Data Protection Act Compliant mailing list allows you to keep or delete user contact details and names. You may define different mailing lists by creating separate user groups. You can create newsletters and distribute them to specific mailing lists should you require. You will then have the choice of whether or not to keep archive copies of all the newsletters you have posted, in your database. It also supports alternate language settings to enable you to communicate with users in their native tongues.

User Management

You may create various data fields for your customers as and when required. For example, if you are a medical organisation you may create client data fields that could store information such as age, medical history and medication.
